What does this mean for you?
Standard Game Servers:
- Upgrade to Ryzen 7700 processors with DDR5 RAM.
- Boost clock up to 5.3 GHz for even better performance.
Premium Game Servers:
- Transition from Ryzen 5th generation to Ryzen 7900X processors with DDR5 RAM.
- Boost clock up to 5.6 GHz for maximum performance.
- New location: Frankfurt, Germany, with an improved connection of up to 10 Gbit.
- DDoS protection, capable of handling attacks up to 17.1 Tbit.
When will this happen?
We plan to migrate all existing game servers between:
Premium servers will be moved from Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 23:15
Standard servers will be moved from Friday, January 31, 2025 at 23:15.
The migration will take place during the night to minimize disruptions. We will ensure a complete backup of your server before the migration, but we strongly recommend that you also create a local backup of your data.
What do you need to do?
- Be aware that brief downtime may occur during the nights of the migration period.
